The German e-invoicing mandate arrives in stages — and affects every business

Since Jan 1, 2025Every German business must be able to receive e-invoices.
From Jan 1, 2027Mandatory B2B sending — transition period only for businesses under €800,000 revenue.
From Jan 1, 2028Unrestricted mandate for all domestic B2B transactions. No exceptions.
